The PAM Consultant Manager is responsible for providing expert advice and support in property management to clients as well as to the team. This position involves project management, sharing industry knowledge, and supporting site portfolio management through data analysis and interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee PAM consultancy projects
Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Property Management Expertise:
Provide expert advice on property management best practices
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and innovations
Develop and deliver presentations on relevant topics
Site Portfolio Support:
Analyze property data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize property performance
Provide recommendations for portfolio management based on data insights
Data Management and Reporting:
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate property data
Develop comprehensive reports on property performance and portfolio metrics
Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in an easily understandable format
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored property management solutions
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements in property management practices
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Preferred skills:
Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
