Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee PAM consultancy projectsDevelop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives

Property Management Expertise:

Provide expert advice on property management best practicesStay current with industry trends, regulations, and innovationsDevelop and deliver presentations on relevant topics

Site Portfolio Support:

Analyze property data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementAssist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize property performanceProvide recommendations for portfolio management based on data insights

Data Management and Reporting:

Collect, organize, and maintain accurate property dataDevelop comprehensive reports on property performance and portfolio metricsUtilize data visualization tools to present complex information in an easily understandable format

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsUnderstand client needs and goals to provide tailored property management solutions

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements in property management practicesCollaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

Preferred skills:

Strong knowledge of property management principles and practicesExcellent project management skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsClient-focused mindset with strong interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving and analytical thinking skills
