Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

Develop and maintain comprehensive solution designs that align with business requirements and reference architecture, including detailed low-level designs. Document and communicate key design decisions, options, and justifications to ensure all solutions follow a transparent decision-making process. Record and seek approval for any deviations that introduce technical debt and manage related risks. Translate requirements into actionable architecture to meet customer needs and deliver expected business outcomes. Ensure solutions are efficient, timely, and cost-effective across the project lifecycle, considering both business and technical security requirements. Encourage meticulous documentation practices.

Risk and Dependency Management:

Effectively manage and escalate technical and project risks or issues, proposing clear remediation steps. Ability to map design decisions to technical risks and issues, articulating their causes and impacts on project timelines or costs.

Teamwork:

Demonstrated willingness and ability to collaborate across IT as a cybersecurity designer. Conduct peer reviews of the PAM team’s designs. Coordinate closely with Engineering and Test teams within the program to ensure alignment.

General:

Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
