RCA Lead role is to maintain the long-term relationship with local government bureaus to eunsure the running of Corporate Affairs projects and events.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Develop the comprehensive relationship and cooperation with multiple government agencies (excl. healthcare commission and payer authority), and trade associations in responsible regionsStrength the communication with external customers and keep regular visitKeep long-term relatioship with relative government bureau and KOLs in responsible regionsSupport formulation of related corporate affairs policy and best practice sharingForecast, monitor and handle public crisis issuesImplement the corporate affairs projects/events with the involvement of senior leaders to build up Sanoif corporate imageHandle other corporate affairs as assigned

About you

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in public relations, communications or related field is preferred

Experience & knowledge & Competencies:

8+ years government affairs or corporate affairs working experience in relative fieldFamiliar with the working flow and operation procedure of relative government and bureauHigh levels of integrity and discretion in handing confidential and crises informationAbility to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environemnts.Proficient writing and internet/social media skillsAbility to work cross-functionally to identify and prioritize company goals to accomplish with external stakholdersDemonstrated ability to build deep and authentic relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBusiness integrity and work ethicsGood command of both written and oral English
