JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for pre-launch and pipeline products/indications of T1D
Define optimal integrated market access strategy with tactics plans including evidence generationDevelop tailored local pricing strategy in collaboration with cross-functional glocal partnersDeveloping impactful value proposition & communication tools based on payers & patients’ needsThis role will act as the point of contact for local BUs, global V&A sub-teams and/or global expert functions, focusing on the specific product/TA; and lead the local value access platform with the collaboration from cross-functional teams including but not limited to, HEOR, public affairs, BUs, Medical and Commercial, Quality, and IP.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Work out holistic product life-cycle market access strategy, e.g. NRDL, disease screening, etc., & pricing strategy aligned with clinical evidence, patient needs and commercial ambition based on the insights and anticipant market access evolvementInsightful on responsible TA to generate product pricing assumptions and strategyLead the development and ensure timely delivery of the compelling payer value propositions, payer & innovative access dossiers and toolkits for responsible TA products by performing gap analyses, working out tactics plan, and driving co-creation with the BU, Medcial, PA and Policy teamMaintain stronge partnership with local cross-functions and GMAx to maximize value offering to payers and secure alignment on pricing strategy, value proposition and decisionsCoordinate Market Access scenario building incl. risk assessment, & involvement in business forecastingLead cross-functional colleagues on V&A related activities by project lead, work streams follow-up, vendor management etcJOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Public health, medical, health economics, or other related scientific backgroundMinimum master degree in medical, pharmacy, public health, health economics or related areas, PhD in such areas is preferredExperience & knowledge & Competencies:
At least 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or medical area, prefer senior candidateScientific background preferred to co-develop evidence.Good knowledge of China health care ecosystem and Market access trendsStrong ownership, self-motivated with can-do attitude, agile to work in very complex and uncertain environmentStrong Pricing analytical skills to set up sustainable pricing strategy and potentially innovative pricing agreementsGood teamwork spirit, collaborative approach and excellent communication skillsProblem solving and conflict management skillsGood command of both written and oral English and MandarinPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
