Job Description / Capsule
Sales representative responsible for selling Oncology products. Technical expert of specific company products, or patient needs, calling on Oncologists. Liaise with alliance product Sales team and the marketing team in other franchise to drive the awareness of the adoption of ADC product pan-tumor indication. Synergize resource and coordinate activities to maximize the opportunities of pan-tumor indications.
Typical Accountabilities
Engage Oncology professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
Proactively identifies trends and issues that may impact the growth of the business
Lead the implementation of national and regional scientific activities and commercial promotional events.
Essential
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of sales rep experience
Oncology experience is a must
Proficient skill at Microsoft Office, i.e, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Desirable
Coordination and negotiation skills are crucial to success
Marketing, Marketing Research or other Commercial project management experience
