Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Panel Builders to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire position lasting 4 months with the potential for full-time employment. The role offers competitive hourly pay based on experience.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and wire control panels using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, hand drills, and wire cutters.Use test equipment like voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters to check the quality of panels.Fabricate and wire control panels, ensuring all connections are secure and functional.Compare wiring and the location of control devices according to schematics and blueprints.Examine wiring for loose or faulty connections and test wiring circuits for malfunctions to locate root causes.Label each wire in the panel accurately.Essential SkillsAbility to read electrical schematics and blueprints.Experience in wiring control panels.Proficiency with hand tools and panel building.Experience in electrical wiring, panel wiring, and electrical assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of processes, quality standards, safety protocols, cleanliness, and organization in a panel shop environment.Proactive attitude and ability to ask for additional tasks if finishing early.Experience working with control panels and hands-on electrical work.Experience as an electrician, electrician apprentice, or in HVAC wiring.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
