Job Description

In this position as a Pantene R&D Jr Manager your main responsibilities are:

Manage end to end Desing and Delivery of Product Innovation Program

Defines and executes experiments and learning plans to address complex consumer needs and insights, in support of delivering holistic irresistible superior propositions. 

Responsible for the creation of research proposal, executing the study preparation and placement, as well as conducting thorough analysis, documenting, and communicating learnings to provide clear direction for project/ program.

Brings forward new technical insights based upon their experience and their original ideas

Work global Team to  define the best product solution  and  deliver it  with excellence and on time (technical rigor) 

Work with Regional LA Multifunctional team to design and delivery Innovation program

Skills needed:

Job Qualifications

Complete Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any Engineering field), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or similar courses

Advanced English

Availability to work at least 3 times per week from Louveira/SP
