D – Director Operations (L3) for US/UK Transfer Agency Operations
Job Location: Pune
Experience required: 15-20 years of relevant work experience with at least 7-10 years of
management experience preferred. Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
Job Description:
- Directs an area consisting of multiple teams that are responsible for conducting US & UK
transfer agency operations on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients.
- Responsible for the financial and human resources for the unit and ensures assigned teams are
operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.
- Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional & operational
strategies.
- Sets guidelines for processing distributions, completion of financial trades on time, audit
fulfillment, gain and loss reporting.
- Promotes consistency across US & UK transfer agency areas.
- Sets quality standards for transfer agency operations teams and reviews quality metrics to
ensure standards are met. Analyzes trends and develops processes to improve team performance.
Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
Professional experience:
Minimum fifteen years of experience in TA and already experience as a senior manager
or Director of operations.
High energy and excellent communication skills.
Very strong Management skills.
Sound knowledge of TA Operations
Strong leadership qualities
Good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation skills
