Description:
Primary responsible for managing inventory, receiving, and distributing parts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient operation of the storeroom. Additional responsibilities would be ordering and restocking tasks, as well as assisting with inventory audits and inspections. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required with notetaking.
Pay : $21.25
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 for 2nd Shift
Pay during orientation and 2 weeks of initial training $20.00
Shift Time: 3:30pm-11:30pm

This position processes all parts against purchase orders in the plant and works in close conjunction with the Purchasing Clerk. Match purchase orders with receiving’s electronically into EAM. Receiving documents are matched to existing Purchase orders in the system to document receiving accuracy. Investigate any/all discrepancies with purchases orders and receiving records. Discrepancies are resolved through contacts with vendors, Purchasing Manager and Purchasing clerk. Follow through of the appropriate corrective action is the responsibility of this position. Enter requisitions and create purchase orders in the EAM / Oracle system as requested. Purchasing requests are processed systematically by initialing a purchase requisition which when approved is sent forward to be entered as a purchase order. This position cannot approve either of these documents and may process the request to purchase only after the appropriate approvals are given. Review daily reports and follow up on purchase orders not received by their due date. This is done by contacting vendors by phone or email for updated delivery dates/times. Issue parts and supplies leaving the storeroom. Parts are issued out to appropriate work orders or maintenance personnel. Shipping out parts to other plants or to suppliers Responsible for the Repair and Return process and creating Invoices or all goods shipped out. Performing one to one exchange. Cycle counting and Inventorying of goods. Unloading trucks such as LTL and couriers. Be able to lift 70-pound boxes infrequently, be able to lift 50-pound boxes frequently. Any additional duties assigned by management.Requirements:
