Papyrus Marketing Intern (Hybrid) - Summer 2025

We're recruiting for a Summer Marketing Intern to join the team in our Westlake office.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, and forward-thinking with a passion for brand marketing. Someone who in tune with current media trends, engaging content, and has in depth use of social platforms.
In this role you will:
• Perform research on competition.
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
• Packing of seeding/PR packages
• Organize and maintain product storage room.
• Provide social media support including content creation (META, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• Gather and present examples of effective email marketing campaigns executed by premium brands.
• Prepare detail oriented presentations.
• Assist with Outbound Licensing tasks as needed:
o Organize, file, and account for legal product samples.
o Assist with the product approval process.
o Handle shipping and receiving tasks/ coordination with licensees.
Internship Program Summary:
o Dates of Internship: This is a 10-week, paid internship (Monday, June 2, 2025 – Friday, August 8, 2025)
o Location: Westlake, Ohio
o Work Environment: You will be working in a hybrid environment that requires working on-site, 2 days each week.
o Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
o Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with real and meaningful work experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business.
o Along with the work you will be performing, we have curated a calendar of events and learning opportunities that will keep you engaged and excited!
Requirements:
o Must have plans to reside in Northeast Ohio for the Summer of 2025
There is no housing stipend associated with this internship
o Currently enrolled in an accredited college, pursuing an undergraduate degree and entering your Junior or Senior year
o Must be able to work full time hours for the duration of the internship
