Interactive Brokers Hong Kong (IBHK) seeks an enthusiastic and motivated paralegal to work with the APAC General Counsel and assist the APAC legal team.

  Responsibilities  Assist in the preparation of agreements for execution by IBHK and its clients; Filing of documents and organising files/records; Conducting legal research; Assisting with investigating disputes and regulatory investigations; Preparing written reports; Maintaining legal/case files (for example, maintaining a register of legal contract amendments);  Assisting with drafting documents; Managing administrative dialog with internal stakeholders and external counsel; invoice management; and, Ad hoc tasks include collecting/collating documents from IBHK’s internal record systems and supporting special/ad-hoc projects.   Requirements:  University graduate or student in a reputable university or career paralegal with a demonstrable track record  Depending on academic qualifications, at least three years of related working experience in a law firm or with an in-house legal function.
