An established litigation & trial law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Wilmington, 19801. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering full time hours + benefits. Salary up to $70,000.00.

Serving both individuals and business clients in a variety of legal matters including; medical malpractice defense, product liability defense, appellate law, general civil litigation, and general tort and insurance litigation.

About the position: Seeking a paralegal with medical negligence experience. Primary responsibilities include organizing medical records, scheduling depositions & mediations. Working with experts to provide them with records, pleadings, and other documentation. Preparation of routine notices to file
Case filing in “FileAndServeXpress” for Superior Court and Supreme Court
Prepare transcription and some other administrative duties as assigned. Trial support, discovery, etc. We will consider civil litigation paralegals with extensive personal injury, med mal, or similar type legal experience.

Minimum Requirements
4+ years of litigation experience
Medical Negligence legal experience
