About the position: Personal Injury Paralegal with experience in case management. The ideal paralegal will have 3+ years of litigation experience. The paralegal is responsible for managing cases from complaint through trial. Schedule hearing mediations & depos. Draft complaints, discovery, orders, & motions. Organize and update medical records, medical bills, and liens. We will consider a paralegal looking for the next step in their career or senior legal assistants with experience in personal injury, med/mal, or defense.

Minimum Requirements
3+ civil litigation experience
Recent personal injury experience
