Flix NA is looking to hire an in-house Paralegal with a concentration litigation and investigations.  

Your Tasks – Paint the world green Conducts routine legal and factual information research and data compilation, as directed by attorneys or other team members Assists counsel in litigation matters by responding to discovery requests, assisting with compiling information for responding to complaints, research of allegations, and other tasks as needed Assists with docket of administrative complaints filed by passengers including Investigation and drafting responses to such complaints May assist with response to subpoenas and information requests, including from law enforcement or government agencies, including collection of information May assist with drafting and tracking of litigation hold orders Works closely with other Departments responding to Corporate inquiries and providing required documentation as needed May be called on to assist in reviewing and tracking vendor contracts and corporate purchasing agreements Assists with Title VI complaint docket and investigates and responds to Title VI complaints Responds to written and verbal requests from attorneys and internal customers Manages compliance requirements and consent decrees Special projects and additional duties as assigned Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Minimum of 5 years’ experience working independently in a law firm or corporate legal department handling a large volume of work.  In-court trial experience strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Must be computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Able to work independently Bachelor's degree from a four year university preferred Our Perks – More than just a job
