Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a healthcare information technology company based in North San Diego on a direct hire Contracts Paralegal search. The paralegal will review, draft, and negotiate a variety of inbound and outbound vendor/customer contract documents, including software, SaaS, technology, services, marketing, and facilities contracts with a broad range of vendors. You would also be responsible for day-to-day vendor contracting along with support for customer contracts. The role requires you to be 100% onsite but you will be working with the CLO who is a fantastic mentor and manager. The role pays well and they provide fantastic benefits.
