Description We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team in the food and beverage law industry, located in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Your role will involve various legal and administrative duties, ensuring an efficient workflow and top-tier service for all our clients. This position presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Manage administrative tasks including calendar coordination and office communications. • Provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients in the food and beverage industry, both domestically and internationally. • Maintain excellent organization and demonstrate problem-solving abilities in managing client cases and legal documents. • Display proficiency in using office tools, particularly document and spreadsheet software, to facilitate smooth operations. • Become familiar with PC Law or similar legal billing software to assist in financial management. • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with clients and team members. • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team. • Display a high level of critical thinking and multitasking skills in handling multiple client cases simultaneously. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
