Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Master of Contracts: Manage our contracts database and workflow, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Draft, edit, and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and corporate filings.Corporate Champion: Assist with the preparation of company filings for new and existing entities, supporting our growth and expansion. Contribute to M&A transactions and joint ventures, including project management and due diligence.Litigation Support: Provide assistance with litigation matters, particularly discovery, contributing to the protection of our organization.Dynamic and Adaptable: Flexibly expand your responsibilities as the company grows, embracing new challenges and opportunities. Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal certificate with 4+ years of equivalent experience in a legal environment.Impeccable document preparation and proofreading skills – your attention to detail is second to none.Exceptional time management and record-keeping abilities – you're organized and efficient.Ability to work independently and collaboratively – you thrive in a team environment but can also take initiative.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – you're tech-savvy and comfortable with these tools.
