Description We are in search of a Paralegal to join our client's based in Woodstock, Virginia. As a Paralegal, you will support a boutique law firm with cases related to fiduciary litigation, civil litigation, business litigation, and estates & trusts. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. • Draft pleadings using provided templates. • Assist in court filings, both electronically and in-person. • Preparation and organization of documents for discovery productions. • Conduct trial preparation, including creating trial binders and organizing exhibits. • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage correspondence with witnesses, clerk's offices, and commissioner of accounts. • Engage in activities related to civil litigation and trial preparation. • Utilize your civil litigation experience to manage discovery requests and responses. Requirements • MUST have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal in Virginia, ideally litigation • Proficient in Civil Litigation • Must have prior Civil Litigation Experience • Experience in Discovery is essential • Ability to Draft Pleadings • Familiar with Court Filing procedures • Proficiency in handling Court Filings in Virginia is a MUST • Experience in Trial Preparation is ideal Sound like a good fit?
