This role is responsible for supporting lawyers in the daily operations of the Integrity & Compliance team and the Cybersecurity, Data Governance and Technology Law team in the company's Legal Department. Duties include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and communications, working directly with lawyers on internal investigations and reporting, employee training, and technology and privacy matters requiring legal input. The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, improvement-focused, and able to work independently.Duties and Responsibilities, Aligned with Key Results

• Required to interface directly with internal and external clients, law firms, vendors, and government representatives.
• Work directly with lawyers and team members to support the company's global compliance program, intellectual property management, and technology contracting programs.
• Provide support to the VP, Integrity & Compliance and the VP, Cybersecurity, Data Governance and Technology Law, and their team members, to manage projects, draft communications, conduct legal and topical research, prepare presentations and approval requests, organize and maintain digital records, and create reporting materials for Executive Leadership.
Client:
• Provide support to internal lawyers and other team members in preparing communications, filings, and maintaining files and records.
• Review and manage requests and inquiries directed to the Integrity & Compliance team and the Cybersecurity, Data Governance and Technology Law team and perform follow up as directed.
• Conduct intake and initial processing of Integrity Helpline matters and assist with internal investigations as needed.
• Manage workflow for intake and processing of government sales approval requests.
• Manage workflow for periodic trade sanctions reviews of clients, vendors, and other third-parties doing business with the company.
• Create automated workflows and intake forms associated with compliance processes, emerging data and technology issues.
• Manage administrative records of Legal’s IP, Privacy, and AI programs, including training programs, and coordinate cross-functional meetings of internal stakeholders.
• Manage vendors in the Legal Department’s vendor management system, prepare Statements of Work and Purchase Orders for vendors, first-line review of vendor invoices, and correspond with internal clients, outside professionals, and vendors as needed.
• Open and distribute mail, screen calls, schedule appointments, submit expense reports, arrange meetings and conferences, and perform other support functions as needed.

• Assist with managing outside counsel and other vendors, via e-billing tools for budgeting and payments.
• Establish and maintain confidential legal files, record systems, and official documents.
• Organize and dispose of records according to established retention procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of support staff experience in a corporate law department or law firm.
• Proven legal project management skills, including significant experience prioritizing and managing multiple competing responsibilities to ensure projects and other matters are completed on time.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives and other company leadership, board members, operations personnel, support staff, and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.

Computer Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
• Experience working with SmartSheet, Alteryx, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Facility in using software tools that support the legal profession.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None. This job has no direct reports.
Work Environment:
• Standard indoor working environment.
• Hybrid work schedule – in office at least 3 days per week.
• Office location: Dallas, TX
• Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
• Travel requirement: less than 5%.
