Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal in Dallas for a leading law firm specializing in national litigation risk management and mass tort defense. With over 100 attorneys the firm serves as national, regional, and trial counsel to Fortune 500 companies in challenging jurisdictions. Their clients span various industries, including energy, construction, manufacturing, technology, transportation, insurance, and liability-related sectors. In addition to mass toxic torts, the firm offers legal services for commercial disputes and liability-related defense. This opportunity is full time, on-site, and direct hire.

Responsibilities:

Draft routine and non-routine legal documentsManage multiple cases from start to trialCollect documents from various sources and maintain organized filesCollect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records and billingReview and analyze documents related to assigned casesConduct various document searches and factual research

Requirements:

Paralegal Certificate from an accredited school required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferredA minimum of 2+ years' of experience as a toxic tort and/or general litigation ParalegalExperience with all phases of litigation from the onset of suit through trialExcellent verbal communication and writing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional/DCAbility to work independently and follow up on tasksAbility to adapt to existing systems to maintain and organize case filesExperience in preparing summaries of deposition transcripts, medical records, and discovery pleadingsAbility to gather relevant information from various sources, including legal researchAbility to work as part of a litigation team
