Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join a prominent personal injury law firm located in Houston (downtown). This position will provide critical support to 3-5 attorneys in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years' of experience with personal injury litigation (plaintiff preferred) and fluency in Spanish. This opportunity is fully onsite, full-time, and direct hire.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and legal support to 3-5 attorneysAssist with trial preparation, including drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, and preparing exhibitsManage discovery processes, including e-discovery and document review, as well as medical record analysisEngage in case management, coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure efficiency and accuracyE-file documents with state and federal courts and maintain up-to-date recordsManage attorney calendars, scheduling hearings, depositions, and meetingsCommunicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical professionals as neededAssist in the settlement and negotiation process, providing valuable insights and administrative supportMaintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring all documents are accurate and error-freeHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish required3+ years' of experience with personal injury litigation, plaintiff-side preferredProficient with state and federal e-filing systemsStrong knowledge of trial preparation, discovery processes, and e-discovery toolsExperience with case management and medical record reviewAbility to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software

Benefits include but are not limited to paid parking and paid health insurance by the firm. The salary range is up to $85K and commensurate with experience.
