As a Paralegal, your role will involve managing legal operations, handling commercial contracts, and overseeing corporate governance. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle the administration of legal operations efficiently • Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate governance • Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts • Conduct briefing sessions and manage calendar events • Oversee claim administration and CompuLaw operations • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
