Job Description A large off price retailer is looking for a paralegal to join their real estate team. This retailer is in a huge growth period where they are opening 100-150 new stores every year. They currently have 1100 stores over 47 states and Puerto Rico. This person would be responsible for reviewing any new store leases. Most of this retailers stores are in shopping malls and are leased, not owned. This person will advise team of what is in the lease agreement, and if thee is anything that would prevent them from getting into locations. The ideal candidate would be able to provide attorneys with suggestions/ideas on how to navigate/negotiate any roadblocks in the lease. The current RTO policy for this client is on site in New Jersey every other week Wednesdays and Thursdays.
