We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty. **Position Overview:** Revlon is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team. **Location:** New York Office Data Privacy + Support cross-functional privacy initiatives such as GDPR, CCPA or other legal frameworks. + On a temporary basis, review, log, and action data subject access requests. + Knowledge management and maintenance of privacy-related documentation, public-facing privacy notices, and informal resources, per the direction of Revlon’s privacy attorney. + Develop and enhance privacy records and documentation. Compliance + Support third-party due diligence. On a temporary basis, conduct and review background scans and review diligence questionnaire responses. + Log compliance matters into investigations database and synthesize investigation data for presentations to management. + Assist with legal and compliance training, including coordinating with Human Resources and tracking training completion. + Assist with evaluating and logging conflicts of interest and gifts disclosures submitted by employees to identify potential risks and compliance issues. Commercial Contracts + Assist in drafting and negotiating provisions in commercial contracts, and coordinate with legal, procurement, and business teams throughout the contracting process. Litigation + Conduct investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments. + Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.). + Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes. + Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices. + Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests. + Gather relevant information from a variety of sources. + Liaise between Revlon attorneys and outside counsel when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal. + Experience in compliance, legal, or a related field. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. + Skilled in using Excel for data management, reporting, and automation. + Quickly assimilates and adapts to new technologies and systems. \#LI-PD1 The base pay range for this position is $80,000 and $90,000/year; however,r base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
