Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated Paralegal to boutique firm. Located in San Francisco, California, this role entails processing legal documentation, maintaining litigation databases, and ensuring effective communication within the team. As a Paralegal, you will be expected to utilize your expertise in legal research and state federal court systems to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver on all job functions. Responsibilities: • Handle the organization and management of a range of civil litigation cases in state and federal trial courts. • Utilize research skills to support the legal team, including the use of Westlaw. • Maintain and manage electronic filing systems and related e-filing portals for efficient case handling. • Make use of Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office Suite, and calendaring software for effective case management. • Ensure accurate maintenance of electronic discovery databases, specifically Everlaw and Relativity. • Conduct Cite Checking and Bluebooking as part of legal documentation processing. • Leverage exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills in all interactions within the team. • Show excellent problem-solving skills, a sense of humor, camaraderie, curiosity, grit, and adventure. • Ensure the processing of customer credit applications and maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in e-File and e-Filing systems • Familiarity with Table of Authorities (TOA) and Tables of Contents (TOC) • Experience with Cite Check and Cite Check - Shepardize • Proficiency in Cite Checking • Knowledge of Bluebooking • Understanding of State Federal laws and regulations • Experience with Relativity software • Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal • Ability to work in a team of Paralegals Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
