Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Miami, Florida. You will be integral to the litigation process, working closely with legal teams and utilizing case management software to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Manage and utilize case management software effectively • Conduct discovery processes, utilizing e-Discovery when necessary • Draft short letters and other legal documents pertinent to the case • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all litigation activities • Administer claims in accordance with legal guidelines • Communicate effectively with legal teams and other stakeholders • Leverage your litigation experience to navigate complex cases • Retrieve necessary documents from various systems and deliver them to counsel in a timely manner • Draft and prepare briefing documents to support legal proceedings. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Paralegal role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry • Proficiency in using Case Management Software for legal tasks • Demonstrated ability in Briefing, Claim Administration and Discovery • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deal with clients and team members • Experience in e-Discovery and other digital litigation tools • Must have Litigation Experience • Proven ability in drafting letters and other legal documents • Knowledge and experience in litigation processes Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
