Job Summary

The Paralegal and Legal Manager will assist the General Counsel and the Legal and Sustainability Departments in multiple aspects of legal compliance, contract preparation and management, research and documentation and advancing the company’s strategic priorities, including those within commercial, intellectual property and sustainability. This role involves handling various paralegal, legal operations and legal management tasks to support the legal and sustainability teams, ensuring the company's operations adhere to laws and regulations and its sustainability goals.
