Responsibilities Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to:Review sponsor and vendor contracts;Review confidentiality agreements;Send out executed contracts; andDraft termination letters to vendorsAct as the main point of contact for contract database;Provide contract process support to internal teams;Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research; andComplete special projects as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor’s Degree and paralegal certificate;0-1 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts adminstrator; andDemonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
