Job Title: Paralegal II
Job Description

This job contributes to the company's success by providing timely and effective legal support to attorneys. The role involves providing effective guidance and leadership to other paralegals and support staff in the Law and Corporate Affairs department.

ResponsibilitiesReview in-store signage, media posts, and other marketing and advertising materials for legal compliance.Conduct the first round of reviews for approximately 10 items per day.Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough legal reviews of incoming marketing and advertising items.Work closely with different business groups and clients to provide legal support.Essential SkillsParalegal skills with at least 2+ years of experience.Experience in marketing and advertising review for legal compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Smart Sheets, and One Note.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with different business groups and clients.Additional Skills & QualificationsMore than the required years of experience.Active paralegal certification (optional but preferred).Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring employees to be onsite three days a week. Parking is not covered. The role offers a chance to work at the headquarters of the largest coffee company in the world.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00
