Job Responsibilities

 

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of standard confidentiality agreements (CDAs) with global contracting partners in English language. Data entry into central database of Corporate IP of the relevant contract details of CDAs. Monitoring of life cycle of CDAs and taking care of prolongations and amendments. Collecting and providing information on existing CDAs in response to internal requests.

Qualifications Required

 

Patent attorney assistant, European secretary, foreign language correspondent, translator or comparable training. Substantial experience with IP agreements, basic legal knowledge on interpreting agreements. Excellent written and spoken English skills, including legal terminology, are required.  Basic knowledge of the German language is beneficial; experience abroad is an advantage. Very good IT skills and preferably basic skills in using AI based tools. Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach in the field of IP related issues. Entrepreneurial thinking. Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and international teams. Confident appearance, very good team and communication skills. Initiative and independent working style. Strong ability to work and collaborate across different departments. Reliability and flexibility.
