Job Responsibilities + Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of standard confidentiality agreements (CDAs) with global contracting partners in English language. + Data entry into central database of Corporate IP of the relevant contract details of CDAs. + Monitoring of life cycle of CDAs and taking care of prolongations and amendments. + Collecting and providing information on existing CDAs in response to internal requests. Qualifications Required + Patent attorney assistant, European secretary, foreign language correspondent, translator or comparable training. + Substantial experience with IP agreements, basic legal knowledge on interpreting agreements. + Excellent written and spoken English skills, including legal terminology, are required. + Basic knowledge of the German language is beneficial; experience abroad is an advantage. + Very good IT skills and preferably basic skills in using AI based tools. + Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach in the field of IP related issues. + Entrepreneurial thinking. + Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and international teams. + Confident appearance, very good team and communication skills. + Initiative and independent working style. + Strong ability to work and collaborate across different departments. + Reliability and flexibility.
