Paralegal - Marketing and Advertising:
Provide paralegal support for marketing and advertising reviews of Philips medical devices and healthcare services, ensuring compliance with approved claims. Assist with drafting and reviewing agreements, including professional services contracts.
Your role:
Provide paralegal support to attorneys and business teams, ensuring marketing and advertising materials comply with approved claims lists and regulatory requirements.
Review and advise on marketing content across various media, including social media, websites, brochures, and trade show materials.
Participate in marketing claims development meetings, collaborating with legal, regulatory, and marketing professionals.
Draft and review agreements, including professional services and consulting contracts, using template agreements and coordinating with attorneys as needed.
Maintain legal files, assist with special projects, and support legal training initiatives. This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN.
You're the right fit if:
You have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing and advertising review for medical devices, healthcare services, or a regulatory environment.
Your skills include contract drafting, marketing content compliance, legal research, and regulatory understanding. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) is required.
You have a Bachelor’s degree or related experience (Paralegal certificate preferred but not required).
You’re a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with remote and onsite teams.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $33.00 to $43.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
