Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal or Junor attorney for fully in office in Boca Raton, Florida. The individual will be a key member of our team, focusing on corporate paralegal tasks within our office environment. This role will require a high level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive audits of organizational document files and closing binder folders. • Ensuring that organizational documents are consistent with structure charts. • Carefully reviewing each document to verify it is final, executed, and all exhibits are attached. • Inputting all relevant information (i.e., formation date, ownership, and EIN) into Deal Cloud. • Collaborating with the Project Assistant to have each outstanding closing binder filed within two weeks of request made to the applicable party. • Assisting in the formation and qualification of all entities. • Applying for EINs. • Managing BOI filings. • Ensuring that corporate transactions and corporate maintenance are handled appropriately. • Utilizing strong communication skills to interact with various teams and stakeholders. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Paralegal • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance • Demonstrable expertise in Corporate Paralegal activities • Capable of handling Corporate Transactions efficiently • Experience in Corporate Maintenance is necessary • Proficiency in Corporate Legal matters is required • Experience in Real Estate law is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
