The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and writing, experience with filing motions and lawsuits, and be able to handle general office duties efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft, review, and edit legal documents including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
File motions, lawsuits, and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly maintained and easily accessible.
Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in criminal defense.
