Provide legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
Assist in preparing real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
Coordinate communication with external legal counsel, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all aspects of company operations.
Assist in preparing and filing regulatory and compliance documents.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
