This position is an important role at Paramount as Paramount Pages are the ambassadors of our company.  Responsible for giving tours, managing studio audiences for television tapings and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

 

Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests as well as studio executives. General tours are 2 hours in length Typical schedule is 2 tours per day but may adjust as needed Average shifts are 6 hours long with 80% of shift spent driving and walking the lot with pedestrians, cyclists and production vehicles. Work week is typically 2-4 days per week, including weekends and nights (summer and holidays) Assist with managing audiences for television shows Deliver more in-depth VIP, Premier and Executive tours when qualified and as needed. Assist with Special Events, which include various assignments from mini-tours, directing guests, and introducing films at the Paramount Theatre (these assignments require Pages to be on their feet/driving approximately 70%-80% of the time) Special assignments may be assigned after 6 months in the position which may include different functions and responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Communication degree and experience with public speaking a plus

• Valid Driver’s License and a record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history.

• Minimum 1 year office experience, preferably working in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum 1 year of work experience outside of college internships a plus

 

Additional Qualifications:

• Proven success record of memorization of scripts or scripted material

• Effective & professional communication skills

• Experience working in confidential environment due to celebrity talent work location

• Interest to pursue a career in the media / entertainment sector

• Demonstrated initiative, self-starter attitude and works well with management

• Personal drive and willingness to work in a collaborative environment

• Experience working with the public

• Flexible schedule (Non-staff, part-time role. Up to 30 hours/week. Not Benefits eligible.)

• Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish, French, Japanese etc.)

 

 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to the Page program for a minimum of six (6) months from start date

Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 - 20.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
