Health Advocates Network is seeking a **Paraprofessional** to work at a school district in **Hemet, CA.** This is a registry position with our company. **Shifts Available:** + Various + May require split AM and PM shifts. **_Split shift hours may start as early as 5 am and end as late as 7 pm._** **Minimum Qualifications:** + **Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Paraprofessional.** + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) **Duties:** + Deliver feedback which contributes to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences. + Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures. + Provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process. + Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents/guardians, and other professionals on a regular basis. + Collaborate with peers to enhance the overall quality of feedback. + Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents/guardians, peers, and the community. + Assume responsibility for meeting their grading assignments as set forth by the Instructional Leader. + Maintain a thorough understanding in the curriculum of course that is being supported and the school-wide student performance goals. + Provide services in person at the assigned facility to meet the needs of students + Serve as an instructional facilitator or substitute at the discretion of the Instructional Leader. + Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others. + All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established **Special Notes: ** These positions will support Special Education students on the bus and or within the classroom.
