**What you'll bring to the team** Entertainment Performers at LEGOLAND New York Resort are responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and energetic performances across a variety of entertainment offerings. Performers will bring characters and scripted material to life in mainstage shows, interactive guest experiences, atmosphere entertainment, character meet & greets, and seasonal events such as Brick or Treat and Holidays at LEGOLAND. Some performers may also be cross-trained in select roles, including puppetry and live hosting for the Peppa Pig Show, a newly introduced entertainment experience at the resort. All performers are required to audition and demonstrate performance ability for applicable roles. **Main Responsibilities:** · Attend rehearsals and training sessions with fellow performers, directors, choreographers, and technical teams. · Memorize scripts, blocking, and choreography to accurately perform assigned roles. · Portray scripted and non-scripted character roles with energy, consistency, and strong guest engagement. · Adapt performances based on guest interactions while maintaining character integrity. · Perform under various conditions, including outdoor environments, extended performance tracks, and physically demanding roles. · Work collaboratively with costuming, stage management, and technical teams to ensure all show elements are executed smoothly. · Maintain proper care and handling of costumes, puppets, props, and performance spaces. · Follow all LEGOLAND and Merlin Entertainments safety policies.
