Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

THE JOB: 

As a Parking Ambassador at Bellagio, you will set the stage for the guest’s experience with your welcoming smile and customer service.  You will anticipate guest needs and model fast and efficient service, playing a vital role in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE: $14.65 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY: 

Welcome guests warmly at the designated parking entrance, delivering courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking assistanceManage vehicle movement efficiently in a dynamic environment, adhering to protocols to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent congestion and delaysRepresent the property as an ambassador, possessing comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, features, and local attractions to provide accurate responses to guest inquiriesResolve guest concerns within established guidelines; escalate complex issues to Leadership as necessaryPromptly report any suspected thefts or missing items to Leadership and/or Hotel Security for thorough investigationPerform other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

High school diploma, GED or educational equivalentSix (6) months of related or similar guest service experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One (1) year of previous guest services experience in a similar resort settingExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift
