Park Inc is looking for a part-timeoutgoing, customer-focused Parking Ambassadorto work at our client locations inCharlotte, NC! What Do Parking Ambassadors Do? As aParking Ambassador, you will: + Assist in thedaily operationof assigned parking facilities. + Help customers useautomated revenue control equipment, including payment apps and pay stations. + Review payments, monthly hang tags, and improper parking toissue violationsas necessary. + Monitor the performance of pay stations, addressing malfunctions directly or by coordinating with the Area Manager. + Remove cash from pay stations at least every other day and deliver it to the corporate office. + Regularly inspect lot signage, report deficiencies, and perform repairs/replacements as needed. + Promotecourteous customer treatmentand resolve guest service issues promptly. + Follow company policies to ensureefficient, safe, and secure operations. + Report accidents or incidents immediately to your supervisor. + Maintain lot integrity and appearance, includingtrash removal and grounds upkeep. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.
