Parking Associate – Part-Time
Location: Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center
Schedule: Thursday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
+ Greet guests and operate the parking booth with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency
+ Receive and process tickets using a fee computer and cash register system
+ Charge appropriate parking fees and return correct change
+ Follow all opening, closing, and money-handling procedures as outlined in the Parking/Valet Manual
+ Ensure that drive lanes stay clear and traffic flows smoothly
+ Direct guests to appropriate parking areas in a timely and helpful manner
+ Report parking violations to Public Safety and communicate any issues promptly
+ Monitor and refill ticket machines and report gate malfunctions to the Parking Manager
+ Document and report any vehicle damage caused by equipment
+ Support the team by cross-training in other related areas as needed
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma Required
Experience: Minimum of one year experience in similar position Preferred
Additional Skills Required: Thorough knowledge and understanding of cashiering operations, including the ability to operate a fee computer and cash register, count cash, complete cash report and make daily deposits. Extensive ability to meet and greet the public. Considerable ability to solve problems on an independent basis.
