JOB SUMMARY:
Provides excellent attendant parking servicefor guests providing “Flawless�?, courteous and a pleasant service to arrivingand departing guests, ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and excitingenvironment where the flawless delivery and execution of four star service isparamount.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Parks vehicles of arriving guests andretrieves vehicles of departing guests in a safe and courteous manner followingestablished procedures.
· Initiate greeting our guests in afriendly and welcoming manner using all five of our Spotlight on Successbehaviors. Opens and closes doors ofvehicles and doors leading into the casino/hotel.
· Provides or obtains informationrequested by guests, within guidelines established by supervisor.
· Memorizes accurate, current weatherforecasts, road conditions and restrictions to inform guests, if requested.
· Observes assigned areas for any safetyhazards or unauthorized tampering with or pilferage to parked vehicles orHarrah’s facilities, and reports immediately any incidents or conditions to thesupervisor or Security Shift Supervisor and maintains a professionalenvironment.
· Attends to the parking booth to ensurethe security of guests’ vehicle keys.
· Expedites and controls the movement ofguests’ vehicles upon arrival or departure.
· Familiarizes self with hotel andcasino policies, special events and promotions to answer guest inquiries. Checkfor satisfaction with guest at the end of each interaction.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred
· Previousvalet parking experience helpful
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Literate and fluent in English
· Excellent guests service skills
· Ability to operate vehicles with avariety of controls in a safe, efficient manner
· Valid drivers’ license with a cleandriving record
· Must be able to operate a manualtransmission
· Ability to demonstrate a pleasant andenthusiastic demeanor at all times.
· Ability to uphold and demonstrate thehighest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards requiredby a regulated business
· Acts as a role model to other TeamMembers and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment andencourages others to do the same.
