Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenance position Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc. of parking garage and surface lots) + Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality + Courteous and friendly + Able to communicate effectively + Able to stand for long periods of time + Must have a valid DL to drive a golf cart Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance: 1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred + High School education or equivalent + Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
