They assist customers with parking, handle cash transactions, and ensure the parking area is secure. Key Responsibilities: + **Direct Drivers** : Guide drivers to open parking spots and assist with parking if necessary. + **Issue Tickets** : Provide parking tickets and collect payments. + **Maintain Cleanliness** : Keep the parking area clean by picking up trash and debris. + **Security** : Monitor the parking area to prevent theft or damage to vehicles. + **Customer Assistance** : Help customers with vehicle issues such as flat tires or dead batteries. + **Enforce Rules** : Ensure parking rules and regulations are followed and report violations. + **Minor Maintenance** : Perform minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs. + **Customer Service** : Address customer complaints and queries, providing excellent service.
