Responsibilities:\n
Ensures all aspects of parking and commute programs are performed in a timely manner with utmost quality.\n
Assist in the day to day management of the transportation and parking programs by improving the single occupant driver ratio of employees reporting into the worksite.\n
Parking Management to include all activities in the San Jose campus parking lot by auditing cars and parking spaces. This includes hourly audits for EV charging, carpool, vanpool, handicap and restricted parking spots that require registration.\n
Coordinates employee vanpool and carpool matching. Update carpool requests on the company internal pages and assist in the issuance of parking placards.\n
Administer chargepoint approvals for the EV stations and monitor usage of the stations by tracking and analyzing supply and demand. This also includes a daily check of all stations for availability and maintenance issues.\n
Update all commute reports and make recommendations for commute programs based on usage, volume and associate feedback.\n
Is the focal point for any employee inquiry regarding a commute alternative by responding to the company commute email and updating forms and internal company web pages.\n
As time allows, assist with desk responsibilities in the facility mailroom.\n

Qualifications:\n
BA preferred
2 years in the commute\/transportation field experience preferred.
2 years customer service and office related experience.
Excellent working knowledge in computer and internet skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point
Business writing skills a must
Organizational and program management skills
