Job Summary:

The Supervisor of Parking Operations for the Beaver Creek Parking Department will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the parking department and staff. This includes managing the parking lots, garages and staff, data collection and reporting and some scheduling. This role is responsible for ensuring guest service and operations standards are met, maintaining all departmental and company policies and procedures, and reacting to the daily parking needs of the resort.

 

Job Duties:

Must have strong communication skills and a proven record of exceptional guest service. Required to have technical expertise to oversee all aspects of the parking access control systems. Coordinate closely with Parking Manager, Director of Base Area Operations, and Public Safety departments regarding all community impacts, including overflow parking sequencing. Assist with oversight of employee parking areas and verification processes. Assist manager with daily financial reporting and data collection. Be a training resource for all aspects of department operations, including safety, guest service, and technical aspects of systems. Manage staff with strong emphasis on owner and guest interaction and assistance. Other duties as assigned

 

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Required Current US Driver’s License 2-3 years supervisory experience Must be able to work outside for long periods of time Must be able to walk on ice and snow covered surfaces while paying attention to safety Familiarity with parking and access control systems

 

The expected pay range is $25.00 - $26.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
