We are seeking a Parking Permit Administrator within a busy Finance Team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing parking permit/season ticket requests for branch staff across the company and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
As a Parking Permit Administrator, you will receive:

Your main duties will include:
Process parking permit requests in accordance with company policyTrack and manage upcoming permit renewalsAnswer questions from employees regarding permit applications, status and helping solve any issues that may arise Maintain accurate and up to date records of all issues permits and assist with the enforcement of company parking policies Cancellations of permits no longer required and ensuring refunds are receivedRequesting and saving VAT receipts from all transactionsChecking invoices received for parking are correct and obtaining authorisation for paymentOther Adhoc Duties as and when required
Candidates Attributes should include:
Strong administrative & Organisational skillsGood attention to detail and a high level of accuracyGood verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work well under pressure
