JOB SUMMARY:
The Parkour/Multisport Program Supervisor will oversee, continually develop, grow and manage the Multisport and Parkour Programs at Woodward West. Coordinate all aspects of the Parkour and Multisport Programs including staff, daily responsibilities, and develop a fun, interactive environment for campers. The Parkour/Multisport Supervisor will help support the overall relationships and developments with brands within the industry.
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations involved in running the Parkour/Multisport Programs. This includes all scheduling, facilitating mandatory sessions, clinics, sport events, recreational events, and supervising all staff within the programs. The Parkour/Multisport Supervisor will aid with parent-camper communications as needed.

Pay: $20.00 an hour
Camp Counselor Exemption – 85% Per California Exemption Wage Order 5
All other applicable deductions will be applied
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS:
Preferred experience in leadership
Preferred 3+ years of experience working with kids and/or teens.
Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.
Some college preferred
Experience in action sports coaching required
Health and Safety Certifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, comfortable presenting and deploying new technologies.
Demonstrate broad technical knowledge of management techniques.
Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Is creative. Can conceptualize ideas. Can think "outside the box". Can implement ideas.
Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team.
BASIC SCHEDULE/REQUIREMENTS:
As a requirement of this position, pre-hire criminal history clearances are collected. FBI and DOJ fingerprint screening required.
CPR Certification
Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.
Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
