We’re hiring for a Parkwide Employee Housing Coordinator to Live. Work. Explore. this summer! Job Summary: Provide support and coverage as needed for housing related issues within the park. The Details: Position Type: Seasonal Season Dates: April 17 - October 3, 2025 Pay: $16.00/hr Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays) Why Glacier National Park? Ensure proper preparation of residence facilities for occupancy, monitoring use and upkeep throughout the season and ensure the dorms are properly closed at the end of the season. Support Dorm Cleaner training throughout the season. Follow up and assist on ensuring best possible NPS inspection scores for all employee housing units. Assist with the coordination of storing, returning, and/or donating items left behind in housing facilities by departing employees. Provide on-site assistance during big check in and check out days. Assist in appropriate documentation of dorm related issues such as dorm/furniture damage reporting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Skills relating to training, time management, organization, leadership, decision making, problem solving, and interpersonal communication. Office organization skills, basic business administration skills, general knowledge of data systems, policy and procedure compliance. Familiarity with seasonal housing operation. Previous experience as a Housekeeping Inspector, Employee Housing Coordinator, or other relevant experience preferred. Physical Requirements include: Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to walk and/or stand a minimum of 30 minutes at a time. Must be able to kneel or lay flat on the ground to inspect employee rooms and bathrooms. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to walk on uneven terrain, including icy and snow covered areas. Must be able to remain seated for periods of 30-120 minutes or longer. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
